NASDAQ:GOOGL   Alphabet Inc (Google) Class A
after a large drop google seems to be gaining some momentum to the upside as there is no overextension on the rsi and there is also a price and momentum divergence which is considered a bull signal. Id refuse to buy at market price given the risk of a correction wave pulling us out of the market. However breaking above the support and closing above without overextrending the RSI would be a huge protection to the position and would be a clear bull signal
Comment:
Given that price has risen above the support line I'm oficially on a bullish mentality, however failing to close above the trend line could be a bearish signal and could make the 1108 trade quite risky. If we fail to close above I might buy a small position given to the high risk but, I'm still undecisive about that trade. If we manage to close above the trend line then I'll feel quite confident of this trade.
Comment:
now that price has failed to close above the trendline and we broke below the suppot level we find ourself at another support leverl. this time with the RSI on our side and hopeing that the momentum wont reverse I can say it's time to buy a small position, one that will be flexible in case we see a further movement to the downside. this position can be trded as the second trade depicted on this chart however I now belive the best option is just to buy a small posoiton one which the size you wouldn't mind reaching the stop loss of the 3rd trade. This is because price is likely to reverse at either this point or the 3rd support and I belive it will push at least above the current support and proabably even push thorugh the resistance wich just rejected my trade. The more we see price trying to push that resistance the more confidence I'll grow that google is pusing up. howver with the SPX 500 falling I thin it's a good idea to monitor it's price action if you decide to trade this trade
