Using our EDGE trend following strategy on this trade.
Working the 2H time frame and we're only looking for TP3.
Entry details are shown on the chart and we're working a simple 1:1 risk reward.
This might be a trend following strategy in use but the script has been set to take snippets out the market.
Current trade is the fifth alert in 16 days all previous trades have found take profit target.
The previous four winning trades can be clearly seen on this idea also.
Some people will debate a 1:1 strategy as not worth trading but couple that to a 60% win rate this strategy has proved to be profitable with low draw down and minimal fuss encountered.
How do I know all that? The built in back tester tells me and those stats can be found at the foot of this trade idea.
Stats are based on 1% and the data is compiled over 368 trades stretching back to January 2017 which has seen a 102% gain on capital.
In the report box at the bottom every trade is logged and can be viewed by clicking the tabs in said box.
You as the viewer of this idea can also do that so go ahead and have a play.
We all love to hit homes run but sometimes it's no bad thing to take our little piece of the action and await the next trade.
Lets see if this trade can go five out five, If not I simply wait the next alert and allow probability to play out with the already proven strategy.
