Due to low volume and market stagnation it will need have a large break low or high to change the current trend. If this does not happen it will continue to bleed and eventually there will be a large sell-off that causes the volatility we want. If no break down, then there will be no run.
Expect slow bleed to continue until we hit round and fib numbers where casual investors have Stop-Limits set that will cause a large sell off and hopefully a bounce.

FWIW - Crypto is driven by speculation, news, social media, and Fibonacci numbers. The Fib self-fulfilling prophecy is the closest clue we have.
