XRP STRUGGLING TO BREAK RESISTANCE (on H4)

On the H4 chart XRP is showing a struggle to break the previous resistance, the only way I can see a breakout is of-course if BTC makes a huge move. In the mean time I see a short sell to a highlighted area where the arrow is pointed.
