At the moment, all indicators point to a ranging market. The price action has been showing a lot of volatility, but the on balance volume shows that Wings real value hasn't changed. In fact, the previous high and the current rising price diverge greatly from OBV, which may suggest Wings is overpriced and is driven up by speculators. The volume is low, too.
At the moment, judging by OBV, the true value of Wings should be in the range between 0.000135 and 0.00014, which is also where it is likely to drop withing the next 24-48 hours. Unless there is an indication of a further downtrend, this may be the best price to buy at before September, provided not much happens between now and September.
