USDCHF POTENTIAL COUNTER-TREND TRADE (MID TERM) 2-4 WEEKS
Hey everyone! Hope you guys are having an incredibly blessed weekend so far! God is doing so much right now and wanted to post one of the opportunities I saw for the upcoming week ahead! So lets dive in!
OK so the trade I am doing analysis on here is by nature a "counter-trend" or "counter-flow" trade. Reason being is on the higher TF it is bearish and I do still believe there is a significant weekly level that it wants to come down and tap before long term reversals to the upside. But BEFORE THAT I am expecting some relief in this downtrend. You know price can't move in one direction forever; the market has ebbs n flows that is how it builds liquidity and supply and demand so what I am looking for here is a potential long trade from daily demand up into a daily supply level that you can see on the chart.
Price has been dropping on the daily for some time now without a ton of relief to the upside so I am defiantly expecting to see some reactions from that 4H/1D demand zone I have marked off with the blue lines. You're probably asking..."Why would I buy this?" and my answer is DONT BUY IT YET. It isn't ready. Wait for momentum and sellers to slow down coming into this demand. Combined with some buyer momentum (interest) and a failed attempt by sellers to move price lower, resulting in a temporary move to the upside. A simpler way to put that would be to look for lower TF to shift from bearish trend to bullish riding it to the daily supply target we have, but also keeping in mind the sellers may play some games before it hits that zone.
OK so this is the analysis I wanted to post for ya guys many setups coming at the end of the year here so don't miss out, be prepared and remember risk management and psychology are much more important than reading a chart, so be prepared!

Price came down with strength from sellers...no longer interested
