Substratum is showing signs of a teacup and handle. About a week ago news was released that substratum has finished its test net and will be releasing it to the public in the coming weeks. This made Substratum pump about 50 percent, then correct in an arc afterward. With the market shifting to the upside i believe that substratum will increase its bitcoin value based on more risk investors are willing to take, and hype for their test net. Sub is setup for a teacup and handle and i think if it follows through with the pattern there is a 65% chance sub will start its rally.
