In addition to my previous idea: here you can clearly see that the majority chooses to buy puts. Why? Because everyone understand that there's zero reasons to buy anything but puts. It will make sense to buy shares only after 3 key conditions: a decrease in inflation, a complete stop in raising rates and lowering rates to conditions that are comfortable for the market. None of this will happen in the near future. Just below, it's shown that insiders allegedly stop selling shares. Again, this is not entirely true. Here we are talking more about the decline in sales, because insiders are still selling shares at a very respectable rate. One way or another, so-called 'smart money' are not yet buying shares and is unlikely to do so in the next year.
