QQQ Still Sitting Below RecentTrendline

QQQ is sitting a Key FIb level still, despite the buying today. QQQ has made local highs, but still sits below its most recent trend line. Buying is nothing like it was when QQQ was at 290/295. I think we will float around this fib level for a while until rates and banks settle down, then we head higher on lower rates, or lower on higher rates. Higher on QE and banks being saved, Lower on more banks collapsing most likely. Lower on real estate collapsing narrative. Lower on layoffs.
