A very clear head & shoulders pattern has formed on NEO. This pattern usually indicates incoming bearish movement. Be careful if you are buying into NEO now, I expect it to drop down even further before bouncing off .007 - .0075 support. It's possible we see a bounce at .009 as well. Good luck!
