IVR ex-dividend date is coming up on April 8th. The weekly chart has just had its first highest weekly close since January and completed the cup and handle pattern formation. we can expect a good recovery into the year as investors regain confidence in the mREIT market.
First TP would be a retest of January highs at 4.6
Second TP would a retest of 2020 highs at 8.02
Stoploss is 3.7 - 3.5 depending on risk tolerance.
Move stoploss accordingly to new highs and lows in the market.
