ETHUSD continues its short-term rise at high prices

In general, ETHUSD is continuously heading towards new highs. It is currently trading around $3,936, after reaching $4,002, marking a 1.13% increase in the day. The upward trend is strong as it consolidates at a high level with stable trading activity on the 4-hour time frame.
My strategy is that after the price retraces back to the support level around $3,890, it will continue to increase with a target of $4,200.
