Looking at crypto markets I am somewhat biased toward being a bit bullish due to numerous fundamental factors. This creation of the range at the bottom of a downtrend is an indication that bearish sentiment is waning in the market. a breakout back to the highs will indicate long term bullish sentiment taking over and i'd target the highs. If price begins to fall, i'll simply take it as a continuation of the trend.
