BTC short rejection at 17300 or break

BTC is keep trying to break up the large descending wedge but has already failed once, so we may have a second failure, i have no idea if will continue move up to 18k-19k or will be rejected again, but i see a small bearish formation coming out from this second attempt, i would short a rejection at 17200-17400 or a break down of the formation back inside the wedge; RSI on 15M is overbought, on 30M is neutral moving up, on 1H is overbought and 4H is overbought, that tells me that we may have another push up follow by a pullback down, so i would wait and see if there is a push up and if get rejected at Resistance or around 17300 i will enter a short or i will considered shorting a break of the small wedge probably after confirmation as could be a fake one or could just moving up on the wedge boarder; so now waiting time, if BTC break up with volume R1 or the wedge in general the trade is invalidated
