Good BTC Buying opportunity, or hold out?

It seems that we've hit below the Bollinger Bands...
Looking at my chart, it seems this indicates a good buying opportunity.
However, still showing signs of possibly dropping further..?
Please let me know what you think. As I am new to the game and would appreciate your thoughts, corrections, even insults. :)
