we look like we about to breakout of falling wedge and break thru a pivot/resistance zone, if we do my target lines up perfectly with the ATH, which if we do run up there i expect us to blue sky breakout, ROC gave the bullish divergence signal as it usualy does be4 others but not as strong as RSI MACD divergences
