How we see from BTC chart above and Long's char below can make conclusion.
Most capitulation between $6k and $3k BTC Longs in 2018 moved up 77%. A similar situation in 2019 downtrend from $9k until $7.5k BTC LONGS grew quite slow but from $7k LONGS start to skyrocket and grew already +100%
