INEFFICIENCY IN MY TRADING SYSTEM's OPERATION.
- Hi all my subscribers, I want to mention of a situation that my trading system doesn't work effectively.
1. Observation:
From 03 October 2022 to 07 October 2022, price makes strong upward movement, nearly
14% . At the same day, price transferred to moving sideway and broke down key level 0.4921. Beside, RSI moved under 50, MACD line cut and moved under signal line, MACD histogram also moves down. All confirmations that I can open "SHORT" position.
2. Reality:
Price doesn't drop as my expectation, it just moves sideway and pump again. Finally, price hit my stop-loss price.
- Through out this situation, we must agree that there are some risks we can not manage and eliminate. In this case, we just minimize loss by following capital, risk and emotion management principle. There is not trading system that correct 100% and future trading is not easy.
