Last time this happened you could see tension building with volume and the closing of the pattern. This time around it will do the same thing and not quite cross one another and drop (first green box) or they will cross and we will see a big impulse move upward.

Broke out of then pattern. And Moving Averages crossed upward. Going to stack buys when it dips and keep on selling off as it rises. I'll post a chart for a target in a little
