I think the price of XRP has bottomed out it is only a matter of time, as we can see further down movement is rejected due to strong support being established at 0.25 - 0.24. I am more bullish simple due to the fact the yearly annual event "swell" is taking place at the beginning of November and also the use-case of the XRP has increased especially the transactions amongst exchanges.
