My opinion/guess:

Stella-r 'could' Go "Bitcoi-n PARABOLIC" when Disney 'could' announce that Dragonchain $DRGN 'could' move their blockchain from the Eth-ereum Network to The Stella-r Network ;)

Not sure whom would be announcing but have a good idea that its usually the company whom is doing the move.
