Here's what I think will happen with XLM/USD over the next 2 weeks. I see a chance we could go beyond 9 cents but otherwise 8.8 cents at the least for a ceiling over the time frame I've indicated until July 16th.
Low: $0.067
High: $0.086-$0.095
