As i am writing this i suspect we are seeing point E in a symmetrical triangle.
The 1H RSI is printing a hidden bullish divergence. As long as price stays and closes above 9590 this will still be valid.
Being that this is a continuation pattern we should see price begin to move up again to the target marked on the chart.
