Bitcoin is currently testing the upper fractal, but without volume it doesn't look promising.
I am expecting it too bounce between the upper and lower fractals for the next several hours with more downward pressure; still if it drops below 13,000 I will probably buy as I will expect a nice bounce around $12,900.
The bounce will likely be short lived without a significant amount of volume to push through and maintain a break over $14,000
