XAUUSD:Gold prices will reach new highs

Gold prices showed little movement after the data was released. It briefly fell back to around 2282 points and then recovered. It is currently making new highs every day, so all short selling now is buying at the top. Going against the trend is nothing more than making a small profit. But you have to understand your positioning, which is short-term. Don't expect a big drop right away. This is unrealistic, because the news continues to push up gold prices, so if you are short, be sure to light your position and close it when the situation is good. The current callback is all about accumulating strength for an upward attack. Going against the trend is too risky.

Our idea is to buy long! This is the main line, as shown in the figure:

It can be found that the current support levels of gold are at 2285 and 2275. If nothing unexpected happens, gold will most likely rebound repeatedly at these two positions.
Gold today pulled back to around 2285-2282, with a high probability that it will break through the high of 2300-2304 and hit a new high near 2320.
If it retreats to around 2275 again, the counterattack will be weak, so you can first look at around 2310.

This is the extent of what we can see so far. No matter how powerful the bulls are, they still won't call it a top. There is no top in sight yet, but what is certain is that gold prices will reach new highs!

Therefore, the trading strategy: go long around the two support levels of 2285 and 2275, with the upper space 2310-2320
