After the previous setup the market moved a little under where we placed the stop, as you can see it still went up towards the target I was looking for. We can not always be so strict with the SL because the market can move very quickly to take the SLs of traders before it then progresses towards its given target area. If you followed there was some profit to be made.
Today I will look for the same set up where I am looking to take a long entry from the low towards the same target as the previous chart.
Always use a stop loss and never trade large lot size on Gold.
