What I saw was after NY session ends price tends to move to either a support/resistance or back to pivot point.
Price will usually consolidate first and the entry should be after it breaks either the high or low of a 1-2-3 move. Entry can be after the close of a 5/15 min candle. 15 min preferred.
TP- should be either S1,R1 or if price is closer to those areas it should go back to P.
SL - Should be right above or below the candle that closes and breaks out of 1-2-3 move on 15 min candle.
Use proper risk management.
