I don't usually look at USDT.D chart for trading,but it's not a bad idea to look at it for "ANALYSIS".as you can see,7% has always been a strong zone for USDT.D rejection.I expect atleast a little bounce from 7% zone.if the zone breaks,we could expect much lower prices for BTC.if it works well as a resistance,we could expect a upward correction for BTC.good luck all!
