Looking at the charts we can see that price has failed to break resistance for the last 8 days and although price is currently at out trend line on its 3 rd touch we are expecting price to break through this level and make a run down to our support zone ( purple area ) Now we expect this to happen as DXY is looking rather weak towards the back end of last week and we can only see USD weakness.
Now obviously we will be keeping a close eye on this pairing and will be watching at market open to see where price opens but down is our bias!
We will also be looking at Oil as USD CAD and Oil have a reverse correlation so when one goes up the other normally comes down, you can use this to cross reference the trades.
