Well, this never formed the swing high either. If it happens around the 1.3260 level, then we can maybe still go for a short. But generally, with these early morning swing reversals, they should be happening long before the New York session.
the chart for CAD is the bottom center, I realize it's still moving up, I expect a reversal soon and those targets will stay as they are no matter what
