A “scam?” I’m not sure why most of TSLA bears really want to use that word instead of “overvalued,” but let me answer the question based on two main factors TA and FA
Tesla is a publicly traded stock. That means there is a free market for Tesla stock and that everything surrounding the trading (i.e. the supply and demand) of the stock is highly regulated.
That means a scam is almost impossible to pull off, and only happens when the company executives conspire to try to manipulate the price of the stock. The only way that is possible is if those executives:
are cultish in their loyalty to each other or one dishonest leader
are all smart and informed enough to work together to either illegally conceal important information or reveal false information.
I don’t see any evidence of that happening at Tesla.
In fact, from what I’ve seen, starting at the top, Elon Musk doesn’t even begin to understand the laws surrounding the trading of Tesla stock to know enough to be engaged in a scam. He’s been punished for using Twitter (yes, Twitter) to make material comments about future events that are speculative but not labeled as speculation and are thus misleading and fundamentally manipulative in the free market for Tesla stock.
But those statements can’t be labeled a scam. “Foolish” is more like it. If you are fooled into buying or selling Tesla stock by anything Musk says on Twitter, you deserve what you get. Just don’t call it a scam. A scam is when even the most sophisticated investors are deceived. What Musk does doesn’t qualify. I kinda like that he’s so utterly without guile that he gets his hands slapped for being TOO open about the way he sees things. That’s the opposite of deception.
So no, the valuation of Tesla and the price of Tesla stock is not because of any scam but bc pure speculation on the future growth of this massive company.
on the other hand, coming to TA analysis. using Wave theory principles we can clearly see far more downside is coming & u don't want to be stack in falling knife like this.
