Seems like a great setup for a possible cup and handle style breakout. Lots of space for a healthy pullback while still maintaining the 12 and 26 day EMAs as support before trying to break the double top at 16.70. If that breaks with heavy volume, I don't see why it couldn't take out the next resistance at 17.50 before heading up. The broader stock market is getting pretty frothy right now though, so this may take some time to play out as the bulls take a little breather.
