There's a verse of a song that comes to mind here.

Short
NASDAQ:TNXP   Tonix Pharmaceuticals Holding Corp.
'Everybody plays the fool, sometimes.... there's no exception to the rule... Listen, Baby!'

Costly 1.1 million dollar (VALUABLE) lesson. I am down, but not out! I did not break the rule of putting in more than I was willing to lose. But in my older age and after this escapade I am ready to slow down. I have lived my life on the edge. It has worked and has been fun. But this was not fun and it was like I had to feel something like this to grow back better next time. To prune the rotten fruit-producing risk-taking limb from my life. Growth is essential and I will never gamble on shit companies EVER AGAIN!

I learned ChARTing positional trading Bitcoin. You can trade TA on Bitcoin because that's really all it is. A trading vehicle.

After exiting markets a year ago I was looking to keep the money train producing. There were no charts too long. BioTechs were all down 60-70-80-90%. So I bit...

I liked all the volume that came into the TNXP market. All these big corporations were and are holding shares. I did my DD and bought the story.

I saw (what I thought) was an opportunity to DCA a down leg. Hold for a couple of years and 10X, and BioTech would be the bull in the trainwreck that is the markets.

I thought Feb 24th to March 3rd was the bottom. I was in the money on that spike and I didn't sell because of my style. It's going to close the gap and run.

But then the DOW, S&P, NASDAQ, and BTC all crashed (just as I called) and the Dollar rallied. But this GAR-BAGE kept falling. The CEO votes for more shares for "bonuses & incentives" for new hires, and they throw out the skin test that probably never existed. They do earnings a week early and out of the blue reversed split with ZERO notice. Who do you think dropped the price? Yeah, almost 4 million shares. Any price I could get as fast as I could sell. But I digress...

Sure is that a solid-looking bottom? Yeah, that's what these day trading hucksters what you to believe. They want me to chase and think I made a mistake and I was right all along. While in reality, I know how many are trapped and holding heavy bags. Any snap will get sold IMHO. There is no new money coming in to save you. And ONLY old money looking to leave.

The reality is BioTechs are one step above shitcoins. Most of these companies are created to sell stock and promise products that will never exist. The kicker is pharmaceuticals go against my ethos, to begin with, and maybe that's my penance for investing in this shitshow. But it's 110% MY FAULT! Not the CEO! Not the SEC! Not the manipulation and the unethical tactics by the company. It's my fault for falling for it and sharing my idea with others and allowing them to also get suckered into this shitshow. I pick myself up all bloody with my fingers cut off from trying to catch falling knives. But I still live! And have been on both sides of the trading aisle. ALWAYS OWN YOUR SHIT AND TAKE RESPONSIBILITY!

NOW! I know what to do, and what not to do.

But indices and BTC are the only assets I will touch from this day forth, single stocks have never been for me. Too many variables to consider. With Indices and BTC, it's 90% technicals.

I have been in the TQQQ/SQQQ markets for a few ... These charts trade off of TA like I have never seen before. Like what have I been doing with my life? Oh throwing a million in the garbage.

When all this comes to an end and the bottoms is found.

25% Allocation across the board. GBTC, QQQ, SPY, DIA... Then I HODL long time.

But my days of posting are done for good. Sharing ideas taints your judgment. You have to be ALWAYS be right! Even when you're not.

This is what I think is going to happen here.

Time will tell the tale.

It's been real, it's been fun, but it hasn't been real fun.

P E A C E!

Fink is out!

THE END!!!
