Ok, what do we have here?
SPX 500 is showing us the bullish signs, Trump says there is a pill which MIGHT be effective for treating the Virus, some stocks have pops considerably.
Now, here is what I think: SELL EVERY POP in US Stocks. Here is why:
- Today the number of sick people have gone up Exponentially in USA.
- Economic data is horrible, worst in many decades.
- VIX (Vilatility index, which is often referred as an Index of FEAR) is still in the area of 2008 which means there is a massive amount of uncertainty in the market right now.
- Trump's words are just playing in feelings in the market. If you think about it, there is no actual result yet from all the researches but the number of infected and dead is not waiting.
The conclusion is that there is no actual results yet in terms of curing the Virus and the economic data is bad. And even when they find the vaccine the harm for Global Growth and the US economy is going to remain for a while.
