From all the IPO, RKT is in a very good long position. The institutions have been accumulating big time.

The chart is in reversal head and shoulder pattern, all indicators are warmed up, the share price been manipulated down since IPO while the market been at an all-time high. This manipulation tells me, this company is not just another company like other IPO to pump and dump (I mean, let's get real - 80% of the current IPO will be trash sooner or later as they are X3 overvalued and losing an insane amount of money). Fundamental Rocket is probably the best IPO out there and big money wants to sit on it and when they want to sit on it they will shake it and shake it. Remember, when a company has an army of developers and IT employees you will dominate, innovate, and always have healthy growth.
Current Chart:
Beautiful institutions accumulation zone and a beautiful reverse head and shoulder as right shoulder need to break with the Super Resistance zone in order to make a big run-up. Until Super Resistance zone breaks buy the deep into the black support line and if it breaks, make sure you into this ride because it won't visit the Institutions Accumulation zone for some time.
Short Term Risk:
The only issue I could potentially see is that institutions would not want to pump this up till they will get more shares. 100mil shares out of 2bilion I won't be surprised if they will lock it down until CEO decide to give more meat to investors in one way or another.
Long Term View:
Regards the housing market, we will have a low-interest rate for quite some time, by the time the interest rate will raise Rocket will be in such a great position that it can reinvent itself by technology and acquisitions to continue growing but this time as a monopoly.
