New bull Phase in place? See what QQQ chart says

If bull market, then pullback to short term Fib and then move higher to take out long term Fib around 17th Feb... If bear market, then we can expect to go lower... But the cycle analysis for QQQ indicates higher highs and higher lows indicating a change in trend - If the fib levels hold out and we continue to see high highs and higher lows along the cycles then, yes we are in a new bull market (until the trend reverses again) -- Follow the trend and the Fed
