$PNV is ranging between $2.40 - $2.75 Formation could indicate a recovery. It is still in a downtrend however there are potentials given that this downtrend reverses sooner or later, wait for confirmation. Breakout above the upper-level $2.75 this will indicate reversal. Target $2.90 - $3 in the ST.
