This is my first chart on TV. Please comment with opinions, advice, analysis, or arguments!

Seeing a bearish Head and Shoulders pattern on daily and 4 hour chart. I predict a neckline break within the next several days (or today in fact, news). Note D = distance and I expect a decline of approx .04921.
