Bullish movement for NVLHF

Long
tmcecogeo Updated
OTC:NVLHF   Nevada Lithium Resources Inc.
Nevada Lithium Resources recently experienced a ~100% jump to a high of 0.2807.

I predict pullback to zone of 0.175-0.196 and reversal back to upper trend line. I am looking for a breakout above 0.3 for confirmation of bullish upward trend.

Additionally, there is deviation between price and CDV which may indicate bullish action as sellers become exhausted and buyers take over.

Nevada Lithium Resources recently acquired 100% ownership of their prospect, which is largely bullish long-term regarding future deals as a lithium supplier. Currently their resources are estimated at ~1.5B lithium carbonate equivalent on the lower end, so there is significant room for stock growth from here.
Comment:
Price ducked a bit below my predicted pullback (retrace), but appears to be a bounce in the making, with luck will tag 0.25 before another more shallow retrace.
Overall, still bullish.

Nothing but good news rolling in on the Bonnie Claire deposit.

"However, the real story lies in the numbers generated by the preliminary economic assessment (PEA). At a lithium carbonate equivalent (LCE) price of US$13,400 per tonne, the project revealed a post-tax net present value (NPV8) of US$1.5 billion and a post-tax internal rate of return (IRR) of 23.8%. These figures alone signal the immense economic potential of Bonnie Claire.

Since then, LCE spot prices have surged to recently reach around US$41,000/t, and Bonnie Claire’s NPV responds well to rising lithium prices. At US$20,000/t LCE Bonnie Claire has a post-tax NPV8 of US$3.2 billion and a post-tax IRR of 39.5%. At US$30,000/t, those figures would increase to a staggering post-tax NPV8 of US$5.9 billion and IRR of 60.3%." (link below)

US spot price of lithium carbonate this month is $34,000/t LCE; the price is expected to grow in the near term as EV manufacturing continues to grow and battery demand increases.

Considering the lower $20,000/t-based NPV of $3.2 billion, even a market valuation of NVLH of 20% of the NPV equates to a market cap of $640M, and a stock price of $10.35.

Tell ur mum.

Comment:
Today lithium carbonate has been trading around $25,000/t and is in a relatively steady decline, approaching a previous low from earlier this year. Most predictions call for $30-40k/t over the coming years. We may see this decline in price reverse or stabilize this fall/winter.

NVLH has been testing the S/R zone with upper limit of ~$0.2USD. Any dips below I would consider a good buying opportunity.
Comment:
Nevada Lithium Resources reports high-grade zone 3000ppm Li over 1100ft within 2200ppm Li over 1740ft. This is the highest concentration reported to date and will likely have a significant impact on their total tonnage of LCE and their NPV.

Their most recent NPV evaluation with LCE prices @$20k is $3.2B. Back in Oct the stock was diluted a bit (see my comment below). A stock evaluation of 20% of NPV at these specs equates to a stock price of approximately $3.

Assuming LCE prices return to $30k, NPV is $5.9B. Depending on future drill tests, their resource may be significantly upgraded.
