High volatility in market | Avoid fresh positions | Elections`24

NSE:NIFTY   Nifty 50 Index
Esteemed Colleagues,

With the utmost respect, I would like to draw your attention to the recent political climate in India, as it pertains to our field of business and investment.

As a research analyst and trader, it is my professional opinion that the market has experienced an unprecedented level of volatility in recent weeks. This trend is expected to continue for at least one month until the final election results for Lok Sabha 2024 are announced. The current ruling party is facing significant anti-incumbency sentiment, and other factors, such as rising precious metal prices, suggest the likelihood of a hung parliament.

It is my sincere hope that my predictions will be proven wrong and that we will receive a clear mandate for a stable government at the centre. However, until such a mandate is received, I would strongly advise against entering into new positions, especially long positions, speculations and derivative trades. Such a strategy will help to preserve your trading capital in the face of the current market uncertainty.

I trust that you are all highly informed and knowledgeable in the field of investment and trading. However, I would like to remind you that the risks posed by the current political climate in India cannot be overstated. Please take my advice in the spirit of professionalism and expertise that I intend.

To further this discussion, I have posted a video on my YouTube channel that addresses this topic in greater detail. I hope you find it informative and useful.

In closing, I would like to encourage you all to exercise your civic duty and cast your vote in the upcoming elections. This is an important time for our country, and our collective voice deserves to be heard.

Sincerely,

Manish Jain,
Research Analyst and Trainer
