That resting area is 21500 to 21200. so, nifty consolidate range is 21500 to 21200 Its minimum range. Consolidation is Basically Seller Time. Beacuse during consolidation times both Call and Put Premium will going to low. So, sell 21500 call option till it touch 21250 range.
