NEO is going to touch $213 on this run. Enjoy it
Comment:
For the second wave I'm expecting to see NEO pull back here around 64 and then get ready to go to 150. BTC looks like it's getting ready to start another run and I think NEO will pump with it.

For the third wave it could pull back to 115 and then touch 200-213 and begin to correct.
