the lines are simple
from up to down -> min of minimum
-> max of minimum
from down to up -> min of maximum
-> max of minimum
orizontal lines -> support or resistance lines
as you can see NEO is aproaching (making it on the support line) the tip of the triangle
if it makes it, hopefully it will follow the increasing trajectory at least to the next resistance line.
