Good start for NEO in 2018, BTC doesn't seem to be affecting it as much as other Alts and that means confidence. NEO may be one of the few coins that actually make a difference in the next 5 years. Already hitting ATH watch this coin closely. Still is in wave 1 and predicting a 618 or 786 fib bounce for wave 2.
