Looking at the long-term Monthly for Kroger, we can see that this bounced on a long-term trend line of support. It doesn't otherwise appear that way, but this is a GREAT time to start accumulating your first traunch. I like to take my time accumulating and this is a clear winner for a bounce to the higher 20s. (25 is the first target).
