JPPOWER looks bullish on a daily TF

Its been making rounding bottom and crawling upwards gradually.
Key level is 9. If it breaks that level with volume, it can reach level 11.
It it follows the trend, we can also see level 18 soon.
Below level 6 it would be weak.
