Appears we may have another move up. Today may be the reversal. Lets see how this plays out

Looks like I was right & we have a break-out out of the channel. Lets see if it holds the rest of the year. They've been lacking some good news so maybe the FA will help out.
Trade active:
Inovio has a history of working on new pandemic type diseases and the news regarding the corona virus helped push this up to some hard resistance with big gains.
