... for a 28.24 debit.

Comments: GDX (IVR/IV 40.8/ 32.9) is at the top of my IV screener for ETF's (along with GDXJ, which has higher IV, but is less liquid).

Buying stock and selling the -71 delta call against, resulting in a max profit potential of .76 ($76)/contract; 2.69% ROC at max; 1.35% at 50% max. That .76 isn't massively compelling, but the ROC is "decent" for what I'm trying to do in the IRA on a month-month basis.
Trade active:
Rolled the February 16th 29 Short Call at 50% max to the June 21st 29 Short Call for a 1.38 credit; 26.86 cost basis.
Trade active:
Rolled the June 21st 29 Short Call at 50% max out to the September 29 short call for a .62 credit. Cost Basis of 26.24. ROC %-age at max now at 10.5%; 50% max, 5.3%. This is more long-dated than I'd like, but sometimes that "just happens."
Trade closed manually:
Closing this long-dated puppy out here while I can for a decent profit. Closing for a 27.36 credit. 1.12 ($112) profit.

IVR/IV remains decent here at 85/36.4%, but it isn't exactly weak ... .
