Fear is something we have always tried to distance ourselves from. i have realised in the years of my life that its better to befriend said fears, and to the have a intimate relationship with this emotion. why ? so this feeling wont make you uneasy in life. to feel the fear is one thing, but to understand it and dive into it to comfort said fear is another.
