After strong uptrend price has started to consolidate. It formed many wicks, both bullish and bearish.
Slow moves and many low candles.
We can also see strong bullish wick rejection indicating that bulls gained control, but soon after strong bearish candle occurred and pushed the price down again.
This is good example of a slow fight between bulls and bears and nobody is able to gain the control at this moment.
